pisang untuk sahabat


salam siaran

pisang
buah mudah di makan
tak perlu susah
kupas dan makan

saya ada beli sesikat pisang (betul ke penjodoh bilangan  ni)
ada tag di badan pisang tersebut "cabana"
saya pun tak tau apa benda cabana tu
mungkin ada akronim gabungan sesuatu dengan banana kut

dalam sesikit pisang tu cuma ada around 6 gitu
macam sesikat itu telah dibahagi dua
mungkin faktor saiz
jadi bila dipisah dua,,lebih presentable dan ekonomik

anak-anak juga tidak asing dengan pisang
di sekeliling rumah pun
hanya pokok pisang yang sudi tumbuh
ada 6-8 tandan sedang menanti untuk dituai
tapi saya nak cerita tentang pisang cabana ini dulu

saya jangka ia dari spesis pisang montel
tapi entahlah
bila saya makan,....
wahhh...manisnya luar biasa
saya letakkan sesikat pisang itu di dapur
sebab pernah saya masuk fridge ia lebam

sepulangnya dari pejabat
wahhh sudah ada yang menjamah pisang itu
di waktu ketiadaanku
probably tupai dan burung
hahahha jangan terkejut
rumah saya ala2 wet land gitu
memang tupai dan beburung sangat jinak

saya kadang dah begitu
buat saja cara mudah dapat pahala
letak aja makanan di luar tingkap
kadang roti, kadang buah, 
sebab tu mereka dah mula berani masuk rumah...
melalui tingkap dapur barangkali

ok,,maksudnya
pisang tu sedap
turut diakui tupai dan burung tu skali kann
saya potong bahagian yg dijamah burung dan makan sebahagian lagi
sedapppp

ada lagi 2 biji
satu biji bersama 3 biji pisang bersaiz biasa
saya potong 4 bagi anak makan

pagi berikutnya
saya bawa sebiji ke pejabat
ada sahabat datang mengejut ke bilik
dia kata....lapar la kakkkk
saya terus cakap..
akak ada pisang je...awak nak?
manis tau
saya terus hulur pisang
dan bagitau saya tiada pisau untuk memotongnya
dengan tanggapan bahawa pisang itu perlu dibahagi dua lah
sebab lagipun..besar pisang tu...

sedang saya leka membuat sesuatu
saya lihat
pisang dah tinggal kulit...
seluruhnya
senyum kelat saya
bukan kempunan makan pisang..
cuma mungkin rezeki sahabat saya tu kan
lagipun kan sedap pisangnya...
sahabat saya mengakui
...yela kak,,,sedap semacam pisang ni..

An increase in potassium intake along with a decrease in sodium intake is the most important dietary change that a person can make to reduce their risk of cardiovascular disease, according to Mark Houston, MD, MS, an associate clinical professor of medicine at Vanderbilt Medical School and director of the Hypertension Institute at St Thomas Hospital in Tennessee.3
In one study, those who consumed 4069 mg of potassium per day had a 49% lower risk of death from ischemic heart disease compared with those who consumed less potassium (about 1000 mg per day).3
High potassium intakes are also associated with a reduced risk of stroke, protection against loss of muscle mass, preservation of bone mineral density and reduction in the formation of kidney stones.3

5) Diabetes

Studies have shown that type 1 diabetics who consume high-fiber diets have lower blood glucose levels and type 2 diabetics may have improved blood sugar, lipids and insulin levels. One medium banana provides about 3 grams of fiber.
The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommends 21-25 g/day for women and 30-38 g/day for men.
